How should clear acrylics be applied?

1. Hand mix the product (do not shake) to avoid air entrapment.

2. Spray the first coat at 3-4 wet mills with 50% overlap.

3. Allow 30-45 minutes of dry time.

4. Sand with 320-grit sandpaper and remove dust.

5. Apply 2-4 coats total, depending on the desired look and protection.

6. Let the finish dry for 24-48 hours before packing or shipping.

How should pigmented acrylics be applied?

1. Hand mix the product before use.

2. Apply the first color coat at 3-4 wet mills with 50% overlap.

3. Allow 30-45 minutes of dry time.

4. Sand with 320-grit sandpaper and remove dust.

5. Apply the second color coat at 3-4 wet mills.

6. Let the finish dry for 24-48 hours before handling or packing.

Can pigmented acrylics be color-matched?

Yes. They can be color-matched in the can. These products are set up in the Cosmos color software program for easy, precise, and repeatable color matching.
