This FinishWorks LinkedIn Follower Sweepstakes is sponsored by FinishWorks, a division of RPM Industrial Coatings Group, Inc. ("Sponsor"). By entering this Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and RPM International Inc.’s Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in these Rules.

Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2026.

Prize

One winner will receive one SAMES FPro Cup Gun System (ARV $785) and one Mohawk Hardfill Kit (ARV $220). Total ARV: $1,005. Each Prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes and other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize.

Taxes; Reporting Obligations. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and other taxes, fees, and costs associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor may require the Winner to complete and return an IRS Form W-9, affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor before the Prize is awarded. If required by applicable law, Sponsor will report the value of the Prize to the Internal Revenue Service and other applicable taxing authorities and may issue an IRS Form 1099 (or other applicable tax form) to the Winner for the fair market value of the Prize. Failure to timely provide any requested tax forms or information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted on or about September 8, 2026 from all eligible entries. Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Potential winner will be contacted through LinkedIn and/or provided contact information and must respond within five (5) calendar days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Eligibility and Entry Requirements

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are at least 18 years old. To enter, an eligible person must become a NEW follower of the official FinishWorks LinkedIn page during the Promotion Period. Individuals who followed before August 1, 2026 are not eligible. Sponsor will use LinkedIn follower records to verify eligibility. Limit one entry per person. Employees, officers, directors, managers and agents of Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and promotion agencies, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

Privacy and Publicity

Sponsor will collect, use, store and disclose personal information solely to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, fulfill prizes and comply with legal obligations. Sponsor may obtain entrant information from LinkedIn follower records, including information associated with an entrant’s public LinkedIn profile, and may collect additional information voluntarily provided by a potential winner in connection with eligibility verification, tax reporting and prize fulfillment. Personal information will be handled in accordance with RPM International Inc.’s Privacy Policy. Residents of certain states may have privacy rights under applicable law. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to publicity use without further compensation.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. Entrants provide information to Sponsor, not LinkedIn, and release LinkedIn from liability related to the Sweepstakes.

Disqualification and Fraud

Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent or non-compliant entries.

Release

Participants release Sponsor and related parties from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Prize.

Conduct and Decisions

Sponsor decisions are final. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if administration is impaired.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Ohio govern the Sweepstakes.

Miscellaneous

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules and/or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time without notice.
